BLASTn against RNAi constructs

  1. Choose whether you would like to use the constructs' EST or Target sequence database. The EST database contains the entire sequence of the 5'-end of the cDNA. The target database include the selected region of the EST data included in the RNAi construct. Currently there are more EST sequences than Target sequences.
  2. Then either choose a construct to Blast against the rest of the sequence database or paste in your own FASTA formatted query.
  3. Click submit when ready.
